A very Fine Italian carved and giltwood mirror,
Tuscany mid-18th century.
Cresting above a cartouche shaped engraved mirror depicting an Architectural scene, above a rectangular plate within moulded frame carved with C-scrolls flowers and acanthus leafs, the sides at the bottom two winged sphinxes.
Florence, 1740-1750.
Provenance: From a Tuscany Aristocratic palace.
