A stunning French 18th century Régence Period double framed giltwood mirror. The frame displays striking and intricately detailed foliate designs and beautiful detailed pierced foliate corner reserves. The majestic pierced top crown has a lovely scrolled design and richly carved floral baskets at each side, with a most impressive large central palmette amidst foliate movements. All original mirror plates.
