This exceptional dresser is the work of Erno Fabry, a prominent modernist designer known for his early post-war contributions to American and European interiors. The piece features a sophisticated combination of teak drawer fronts framed in butternut wood, a signature material pairing for Fabry that creates a subtle, elegant tonal contrast. A defining feature of this model is the delicate brass pinstripe inlay that borders the drawers, a detail often found in his designs influenced by Italian legend Gio Ponti.
