A magnificent and high quality Italian 18th century Roman rectangular giltwood mirror. The beveled mirror is within a handsome wide moulded giltwood frame. At the very impressive top crown is a robust pierced scrolled design of large opulent acanthus leaves that continue to each side. In addition to is a stunning foliate garland that drapes down each side. With all original gilt in a satin and burnished finish and original beveled mirror plate.
