Handsome old French Venetian style mirror, from around 1920 -1940
The frame is made of mirrored glass with richly decorated, hand-engraved motifs, typically depicting flowers and leaf ornaments.
The top is adorned with an oval field surrounded by foliage and a ribbon bow, giving a luxurious and theatrical expression.
The mirror’s edge is composed of faceted glass pieces, attached with small decorative glass rosettes, which function both as decoration and as gathering points.
