Neoclassical Military Rosewood Mirror. Large antique rosewood and gilt-carved frame with large beveled surround framing beveled antique mercury mirror beneath gilt-carved pediment enclosing military trophies, flags, trumpets, canons drum and armor; gilt draping suspended from rosettes at sides. Very handsome mirror for front hall or powder room. Continental, mid 19th century.
