About the Item
An elegant oval mirror with decoration, Art-Deco, Neo-Classical, Shabby-Chic, Modernist, Bauhaus, old-fashioned and original silver oval mirror, with a beveled cut all around (creating a beautiful effect and raised reflections), surrounded by a double frame in carved and painted wood: the first in a simple and curved oval, decorated with radiating brown lines in imitation wood, the second in low relief with art-deco motifs enhanced with gold gilding, piece to hang horizontally on a single wall point (hook, nail...) by a beautiful system of sophisticated tassel trimmings fixed on either side by 2 knots on patinated brass ogives. This is a piece that is both luxurious and charming, beautifully executed, patinated by time, with elegance and a great deal of charm, in the style of Jacques-Emile Ruhlmann, to be attributed, France 1930.

CONDITION: In beautiful original condition.
Wear, scratches, and patina on all surfaces.
Note: A small spot in the silver plating of the mirror is visible near the lower edge. Some cracks in the gilded bas-relief.
