Crafted in France circa 1890, this elegant pair of Louis Philippe mirrors embodies the refined simplicity and sculptural grace of late-19th-century design. Each hand-carved frame, executed in solid fruitwood with the warm luster of a walnut-toned patina, features an oval form richly decorated with scrolling acanthus foliage in high relief. The original mercury glass plates display beautiful age-appropriate spotting, enhancing their authentic antique character. Both mirrors remain in excellent condition with superb detailing and a silky, polished surface.
