About the Item
A very elegant pair of Italian early 19th century Neo-Classical st. walnut and giltwood mirrors. Each has a rich and warm walnut veneered frame. The three mirror plates are separated by two vertical walnut columns accented by gilt plinths and capitals. The walnut frame has an inner giltwood acanthus leaf design while the top of the frame has a handsome burl walnut crown above a giltwood trim.
