The gold has almost completely worn away after centuries of dusting and cleaning, revealing its true age and character.
Featuring old, beautiful iron repairs and a wonderfully distressed glass, this piece is a true gem from the North—a stunning reflection of time.
The glass is not original, and the back is likely a later replacement.
Made of gesso and wood.
