Created in Italy during the 19th century, this bed corona features a circular body adorned with a distressed décor painted and parcel gilt, showcasing foliage and stylized flowers. Topped with a finial, the corona is hollow underneath. With its nice aging and subtle décor, this Italian corona from the 19th century will make for a great addition to any bedroom or living room where it could also be used as a sculptural accentuation.
