About the Item

This professionally restored bedroom furniture set was manufactured in Czechoslovakia by Jitona during the 1960s. The ensemble consists of two matching bedside tables and a coordinating low cabinet. The pieces feature a refined combination of light birch veneer on the primary surfaces, contrasted with mahogany details, and have been carefully refinished with a fresh lacquer finish. The upper shelves are topped with newly installed black glass, enhancing both durability and visual contrast. The clean lines and restrained forms are characteristic of mid-century modern design from Czechoslovak workshops. The set presents in excellent condition after restoration.
