About the Item

Incredibly stylish and so indicative of this bygone era is this Art Deco 1930s double bed with integral nightstands. Veneered in the most glorious maple book paged figured veneers, it really is a joy to look at and with an over-all odeon cloud shape just makes this bed be a 'must have'. The blonde tone colouring easily integrates this bed with both modern and period themed interiors. So easy to put together too, just slide your existing base and mattress between the two cabinets and voila you have the perfect Art Deco bed setting. Completely and professionally restored this bed comes to you in excellent showroom condition. This bed comprises a headboard and two side cabinets and comes in three parts, the central cloud shape headboard is screwed to the back panels of the side cabinets. Inside the cabinets provides a spacious storage area, the doors still retain their bakelite handles. It's very simple and easy to put together and looks very classy in situ. Internal width between cabinets 148 cm Cabinet open shelf gap 18cm
