Rocking cot in wonderful all original condition. Signature Piet Hein Eek sustainable scrap wood furniture. Practical no-nonsense Dutch Design. Marked PHE at the bottom. Piet Hein Eek is a Dutch designer and manufacturer, known for his sustainable and innovative approach to furniture design. He is particularly known for his use of reclaimed materials, such as scrap wood, to create unique and high-quality pieces. Eek's designs are heavily influenced by traditional Dutch crafts and are characterized by their rough and raw aesthetic. He started his own company in 1989 and has since become a leading figure in the Dutch design scene.
