Il mobile è impiallacciato in palissandro, acero, bosso e altre essenze chiare per gli intarsi; sia il fronte in cui alloggia l'anta che i fianchi, sono realizzati con un pannello centrale ribassato in palissandro, con al centro una riserva ottagonale racchiusa da una cornice modanata e intarsiata; le riserve su fondo d'acero presentano un intarsio architettonico con capricci, templi, statue e figure. I pannelli sono inseriti in doppia cornice con cornicetta ottonata e impiallacciatura in palissandro disposta di testa e a lisca di pesce.
