About the Item
Add surface space in your bedroom with this elegant pair of antique nightstands. Crafted in France circa 1870, each cabinet built of walnut, stands on tapered toupie form feet over a straight plinth base; each traditional piece has clean lines, and features a single drawer decorated with a wooden pull, over a cabinet door with recessed panel, also embellished with a decorative wood knob, and opening to middle interior shelf for ultimate storage. The surface with cut corners is dressed with an inlaid band and marquetry pattern top. The tall Louis Philippe bedside tables are in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorn a rich light patina.
