About the Item

Pair Of Early 1900's Nightstands from Central Italy Lacquered in Faux Marble in shades of green, with a central drawer and flip-open top. The boxy form is mellowed by the outlines near the lower supports, the gilded frame in the middle part, and in the top overhang; nevertheless, the peculiarity of the bedside tables is in the faux stone and faux planks masterfully decorated within white framed frames. They are in good condition apart from minor shortcomings as documented in the gallery images, these antique bedside tables marbled in shades of green, date from the early decades of the 1900s from the Marche region. For the export from Italy of an art object that is more than 50 years old, a government export license called BELLE ARTI must be applied for. the issuance of such a license takes about 2 to 3 weeks, to be added to the order processing time. An antique lacquered nightstand is a piece of furniture that combines the charm of the antique with the practicality and elegance of a lacquered piece of furniture. Made of fir wood, these nightstands antique lacquers feature a semi-gloss wax finish that lends a touch of class and sophistication to the environment in which they are placed.
