About the Item
A fine detailed model diorama made for a potential client possibly in Florida or California. A white washed four part house with gable roofs, and an openwork frame for the lanai covering the pool and patio. A gray pergola for growing vines is in the corner. The property has a variety of foliage and tall palm trees as well as a grass lawn.
Dimensions: The model is cased in plexiglass over a wood base 20 3/4 x 25 1/4", H. 8"
Condition: Please see detail photos. There are a few few scrapes to the base corners and sporadic light scratching to the plexiglass mentioned for accuracy as the presentation is fine.
