About the Item

Large early 19th century European door lock and latch. This had a custom stand made that was patinated to match the lock. This was probably done in the 1970's. There is an acrylic mirror at the bottom of the stand. This lock has the key and it is in working condition. The key was displayed on the mirrored bottom when this came from the estate. The height given is without the key in the lock. The key is 8 inches long.
