According to the use of the United Church of England and Ireland; together with the form and manner of making, ordaining, and concentrating bishops, priests, and deacons; illustrated with many hundred woodcuts, to which are added original notes; and an introductory history of the liturgy. Illustrated throughout. All edges gilt. Raised bands. Full burgundy Morocco leather binding with ornate gilt floral decoration on covers and spine panels. Published: London; C. Knight and Co.; circa 1900.
