A comprehensive study about the materials used in the construction of Williamsburg houses, along with a pictorial survey with plans of 36-18th c houses. These include Peyton Randolph's home, St. George Tucker House, George Wythe's home, James Geddy's house, the Market Square Tavern, and Wetherburn's Tavern. Never goes out of date.
