This is an antique 4 volume set of The Waverley Novels by Sir Walter Scott. A Scottish, bound collection of literary interest, dating to the Victorian period, published 1868. A prominent Scottish author, Sir Walter Scott (1771 - 1832) is well known for the novels Rob Roy, Ivanhoe and The Heart of Midlothian, as well as narrative poems including The Lady of the Lake. This edition contains 30 of the titles across four volumes and over 4,000 pages.
