Royal House Antiques is delighted to offer for sale this very rare and highly collectable Antique circa 1810-1820 Regency Rosewood notepad or diary safe with period lock and key which has never been used
What a find.... for the person who has everything, this is a must, well over 200 years old and it has never been written in, think of the generations of people that have owned, enjoyed yet never written a single word in any of the three notepads
The frame is all Rosewood, it has a sprung loaded mechanism which you can see in the video, the books are marble finished with leather bindings
The condition is sublime for the era, there is one small piece of trim on the top back right otherwise its perfect, I can have it fully restored should the new owner wish
