"Skulls, butterflies, hunting trophies, ancient Egyptian artifacts, the alleged skeletons of mythological creatures and many other mysterious oddities fill the shelves of cabinets of curiosities. A centuries old tradition that developed in Europe during the Renaissance, the curiosity cabinet is again in fashion.
