A scarce vintage book featuring the creations of the 20th century's top interior designers. When first published Decoration was already an impressive book, with its excellent colour photography, top-quality interiors and stellar cast of designers. It is now a decorating classic and is much sort after. The book's aim is to illustrate how to mix both traditional and contemporary elements in an interior. It does this through text and illustrations of an international selection of homes, owned and decorated by the likes of Francois Catroux, Valentino, David Mlinaric, David Hicks, Alberto Pinto, Charles Sevigny, Jean Dive, Serge Royaux, Marc du Plantier, Karl Lagerfeld, Jacques Grange, Yves Vidal, Michel Boix-Vives, John Stefanidis, Henri Samuel, Didier Aaron, Anita Bachmann, Gerard Gallet, Roger Vivier, Carla Venosta, Michel Boyer and Paolo Tommasi.
