This is a three volume boxed set of sale catalogues which were produced by Sotheby's in 1999 for the disposal of the effects of the Duke and Duchess of Windsor. It ranges from large scale pieces of furniture from their homes in France to many personal items of memorabilia, some of which dated back to the brief time when the Duke was known as Edward VIII, together with items from the wedding and other very personal pieces.
