Karl Lagerfeld has a clear out. The selection of stylish pieces will be titled European 20th Century Greek Revival.
It has been curated by Pierre Passebon and will be on show at his Delorenzo Gallery on Madison Avenue in New York until the 15th March.
An exclusive VIP reception will be hosted by Lagerfeld and Delorenzo on 17th December to entice potential buyers keen to snap up some of the beautiful items.
"The mythology of ancient Greece has fascinated us for centuries, and for centuries there have been constant revivals of the Greek world in the evolution of tastes and styles," Lagerfeld said when talking about his love of the era. "It represents the idea of a moment of perfection in the history of mankind."
