About the Item
A rare and important book is presented in a prominent format, 48 x 34 cm. The front cover and the back cover (front and back plate) offer a refined work of embossed copper foil entirely gilded. The spine of the book is in embossed leather impressed in gold. The texts are collected and coordinated by the journalist Duilio Susmel. The volume offers precious historical documentation, a source based on the secret documents of the National Archives of the Department of State of Washington (USA).
The volume bears witness to the confessions that Mussolini had with Father Eusebio, the author of the same, during the period of the Italian Social Republic. The preface of the volume is by Rachele Mussolini. The volume is hand autographed by the publisher, it is out of numbering because it is dedicated ‘AD PERSONAM’ with gold imprint.
It shows minimal signs of time and use. Publisher: Dino Editore, Rome, 1976.
