Sotheby's: Important French and Continental Furniture and Decorations From a Collection Formed by Roberto Polo, NY 1989. He was once described by Vanity Fair as “a Gatsby for the Reagan era,” but, until recently, life has been quieter for the Cuban-American art collector Roberto Polo. Polo, a financier whose roller-coaster career included a major art fraud scandal that landed him in prison.
We are a division of Trent Antiques, has a large collection of used and out of print books on art, architecture, decoration and antiques with a focus on 1st editions, signed and limited editions.
