Important French Furniture, ceramics and carpets including property from the Estate of Mrs. Robert Lehman, 11/2010. The highlights include: a lacquer commode attributed to Nicolas Marchand, Sèvres Porcelain, including a pink-ground tureen, and a Vincennes Bleu lapis ewer and basin. Other highlights of the sale include a pair of Empire silver-gilt tureens by Biennais, a Louis XV giltwood stool from the Palais Rohan, a pair of Louis XV ormolu-mounted Chinese export vases, and a set of six allegorical panels attributed to Claude III Audran. A very important estate auction. With results.
