About the Item
We are offering a complete set of all 14 of Ian Fleming's James Bond Books which were published by "First Edition Library" in slipcases in the early 1980's. These are exact replicas of all 14 1st UK edition, 1st printings as authorised by Johnathan Cape and Glidrose Productions Ltd. The only way to tell them apart from the originals are the additional copyright designation on the copyright page and the initials FEL on the back inner flap of the dust jacket. The slipcases are also a new and additional bonus. 8 of the 14 are still in the original publishers shrink wrap and have never been opened (as can be seen in the main photograph) - the remaining 6 which are From Russia with Love, Diamonds are Forever, Casino Royale, Thunderball, Live and Let Die and Moonraker have been unwrapped but do not look to have been read. Great for collectors or James Bond memorabilia or a magnificent gift to Bond enthusiasts.
