CONDITION: Head and foot of spine and back corners lightly rubbed without loss, inner and outer hinges fine, internally clean, no previous ownership markings, gift inscriptions, or bookplate, back corners still square, overall A GOOD+ copy, in a worn later issue dust jacket.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A book which is becoming increasingly difficult to find in nice condition for a reasonable price.
