DESCRIPTION: WITH THE GILT ARMS OF PHILIPPE II DUC D’ORLEANS. 1 vol., 752pp., 7-11/16" x 5-1/4", 4 full page engraved plates, bound in contemporary full red morocco over cords, gilt spine panels with double "PP", covers ruled in gilt, double gilt "PP" corner pieces, gilt crest of Philippe II to the center of both covers, all edges gilt, marbled pastedowns and endpapers.
CONDITION: Internally clean and bright, hinges fine, head and foot of spine fine, a VERY GOOD copy.
