In 1988 Prada commissioned Albert Watson to create a book interpreting the past and present. Watson uses the original black and white marble chequered floor from Prada’s first shop in Milan while also capturing their legendary range of nylon accessories, which changed the language of fashion forever. The stunning backlit shots are probably some of Watson’s best work.
