Hawking’s thumb print appears to a clear area at the base of the title-page with a black ink annotation "12th September 2013 / Stephen Hawking / DAMTP (Department of Applied Mathematics
Theoretical Physics), University of Cambridge, U.K.", with the witness stamp of Judith Croasdell. Rare in this form. Housed in a black leather open ended slipcase. Included with this item are two original unpublished photographs of Hawking. One with his eldest son Robert and one with his second wife Elaine.
CONDITION: FINE IN A FINE DUST JACKET.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Judith Croasdell worked with Stephen as his personal assistant from 2004 to 2014 and was Starmus III Consultant to Stephen from 2015-2016.
