Son in red calf with gold fillets and rosettes on boards, 5 raised bands, gilt decoration and titles in compartments, turn-ins decorated in gilt, marbled endpapers, original spine panel with gilt title; one original dark navy buckram cover bound in, t.e.g., spine very lightly sunned and rubbed in spots; interiors clean and bright, firmly bound.

This unauthorized collection of stories and articles first appeared in several Scottish and British publications between 1887 and 1892.
Sir James Matthew BARRIE, 1st Baronet, OM (1860 – 1937) was a Scottish novelist and playwright, best remembered as the creator of PETER PAN.
