A rare and refined 1970s Gucci gilt brass shoehorn, produced by the Parfums division of the iconic Italian house. This elegantly sculpted piece reflects the brand’s signature blend of equestrian heritage and mid-century design.
Crafted in gilt brass with a sleek, high-polish finish, the shoehorn features an articulated swinging horsebit-style D-ring, a nod to Gucci’s iconic equestrian codes. The rotating top allows for convenient hanging or attachment, while lending the piece sculptural appeal.
One side is crisply engraved GUCCI parfums, referencing the fragrance and giftware division. The reverse is signed Gucci Italy in a stylized script with Made in Italy beneath—typical of the house’s branding under Aldo Gucci’s leadership in the 1970s.
