About the Item
An authentic ancient Bruttium, the Brettii, Æ quartuncia coin, (circa 216-214 BC) custom mounted within a 22-karat gold band and bezel. The obverse, or front side of this coin is head of Amphitrite left, wearing crab headdress. On the reverse side, crab; torch above, BPET-TION above and below. The crab side of the coin is prominently displayed. This coin has been inspected and approved to be authentic by a professional Numismatic who specializes in ancient coinage. A “Certificate of Authenticity” will accompany this coin. Ring size is approximately a 7.
