About the Item
Not only does this Art Deco compact look awesome but it's functional too. Dating to the late 1920s-early 1930's this high style compact was meant to adorn a ladies dressing table. You can see inside see pics the internal bowl and mesh covering. The main body of the compact is chrome on a solid brass, with yellow enamel decoration to the lid. The condition of this compact is quite remarkable given it's age. There are some mild and in our opinion insignificant signs of age but not anything noteworthy and no damage. Perfect piece to add to any vanity area or collection.
