About the Item
This midcentury ladies 18-karat yellow gold necklace dates from the 1970s and has very unique modernist styled geometric links. This chain is quite substantial in length and measures 41 inches. The maker is unknown, however given the uniqueness of the design, it is presumed to be hand crafted. The clasp is clearly marked "750" and underneath "VA 68" designating the province of Verona Italy. The block style clasp and safety clip lock firmly and the links are solid gold and the chain weighs approximately 41 grams in total.
