About the Item
Each bead reflects light in this luminous multi-strand red coral necklace with bone carving. It is modern and was acquired at an estate sale in Los Angeles. The long torsade necklace is composed of micro beads of coral, decorated with a pair of large rectangular native carved bone panels depicting elephants with trunks up and foliage, and a pair of matching pendant Earrings, en suite. It was irresistible. The condition and craftsmanship are excellent. The red coral is stunning. This is a rare suite that we do not expect to encounter any time soon.
The earrings measure 3 inches long by 1 inch wide and they appear to reflect more use than the necklace. The necklace is 34 inches long.
