An Italian green and gold Gin card game scoring pad, circa early to mid-20th century, Italy. Piece is faux leather with gold embossing: 'Gin', crest, and Fleurs-de-lis. Marked 'Made in Italy' on lower back as shown in last image. Pad appears to have never been used. Dimensions: 4.32" Width x 5.57" Height.
