Very beautiful baluster censer decorated with gadroons from the Louis XIV period. This censer / incense burner / church clock / perfume burner in openwork gilded bronze is made up of several parts. The body rests on a circular pedestal. It is topped with an openwork lid The body is gadrooned. The lid is decorated with openwork patterns of fluting in the upper part and crosspieces in the middle part. Wonderful thuriferous object for religious office. Bronze work is very delicate. France - 17th Louis XIV Period Very pretty and elegant religious object which can be used both in a chapel and in a living room.
