About the Item

Italian 19th Century male waistcoat and female top A 19th Century (ca 1845) Italian set of a male waistcoat and a female top. Both upholstery is made of silk and embroidered with metallic thread. The back is made of linen. The buttons are set with metallic threat embroidered on a wooden button (2 are damaged). The bodice (top) in corset style has a very nice very small silhouette. The measurements when lying flat for the bodice are 27 cm in the waist and 54 cm long in height. The waistcoat is measured flat 50 cm x 50 cm, without collar
