About the Item
Rare old rotary telephone made of black lacquered steel, copper-plated steel, brass and a bakelite receiver, probably by KTAS, model unknown but in the style of the D30, Denmark, ca 1930s-40s.
This beautiful telephone is extremely decorative, you know, the red copper layer was actually a primer to apply the black lacquer, here the black lacquer has been removed to expose the copper layer and make the telephone even more decorative. This beautiful object has a fabric braided cord, which indicates an early model.
In very good vintage condition, no cracks, fractures or dents, the turntable is still very smooth, operation has not been tested, check the photos for more details!
