A fine antique French Edition miniature globe.
By C. Abel-Klinger.
On a turned wooden stand with an uncalibrated brass half meridian.
The globe is marked with an integral label that read 'La Terre d'Après les plus nouvelles découvertes. Nuremberg: Institut Artistique de C. Abel-Klinger, Editeure'.

It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition.
Condition details:
There is some wear to the varnish, a few small losses
possible small repairs to paper gores here
there, toning throughout, and the brass meridian is slightly loose at its joint to the stand. Otherwise, there are some fine
light surface scratches and other signs of light wear consistent with age.
