About the Item

A large hand written land indenture document England, 1810, framed. The beautifully hand written document mounted on board with a red velvet border and handwoven silk mat. The document written in lengthy detail with the map of the parcel included on the deed. There are four blue presses seals from the government attached at the top with a wax seal at the bottom. Dated July 13, 1810. The thick giltwood frame from the mid-20th century.
