About the Item

Antique early 20th Century Edwardian oak and metal storage box, modelled as a coal wagon tender for a locomotive. The wood and the metal are beautifully patinated and the top of the wagon features real coal decoration with a hidden key slot to open up the hinged lid, inside containing reminisce of the original coal. This container is very versatile and can be used as a humidor or a box to keep your precious items. It makes a fantastic conversation piece and a wonderful addition to any home, both modern or classic. CONDITION In Great Condition - Wear expected with age. Please refer to photographs.
