A quality antique Italian Grand Tour bronze boot shaped vesta or match holder dating from 1900. Modeled as a riding boot with a spur strapped to the boot with the body of the boot acting as a container, probably for matches. The boot has a wonderful green aged patina and is impressed made in Italy to the base.
In good condition with signs of wear associated with age and use.
