Antique funerary ceremony male marionette string puppet depicted as an emperor, with hands and head in softwood and a silk robe embroidered with dragons with gilt thread. Hands are jointed at the first knuckle and crown is crafted from various materials and adorned with pompoms. Puppet 33 by 7 by 11 inches. Plexiglass case 36 1/4 by 12 by 12 inches.
